5 tips to reduce your wrinkles.  
 

Eventually everyone's skin starts to wrinkle because of age and external factors. Although we cannot stop our skin from aging, we can take action to slow down this process.  
There are ways to reduce your wrinkles simply by changing your daily habits. Become aware of your unhealthy habits and the way they affect your skin. For example, if you don't take enough rest during the night, 8 hours is a good guideline, you will see premature wrinkles appear on your face. Simply by getting aware of this unhealthy habit and change it, you can reduce wrinkles!


 
The following 5 tips will help you to reduce wrinkles without going trough too much trouble. Follow these tips and you will see these methods will help stop your skin from aging too fast and wrinkling too soon!
 
 
1. Protect your skin from sun, even when cloudy! 

  • Avoid sunbathing, the use of tanning beds and sunlamps
  • Do not stay in the sun between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, when the sun is the strongest
  • Wear clothes that covers your skin, like a cap and a shirt with long sleeves
  • Put on sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor of 30 or more, even when  cloudy!
 

2. Quit smoking! 
 
Smoking is not only bad for your longs but also causes your skin to age prematurely. It uses vitamin C and A you need to keep your skin protected from harmful influences and keep it moist. One of the signs is the formation of wrinkles  
 
3. Exercise! 
 
Exercising not only helps you to get fit, it also benefits your skin. Once you make exercise a daily routine, you will notice your skin looks better (formation of wrinkles will get less) because it helps the blood flow better and gives your skin a better deliverance of nutrition. Chose a workout you feel comfortable with so it takes less effort to keep on doing it.  

4. Eat Healthy! 
 
What you eat will also affect your skin so eat healthy to stop your skin from aging premature and reduce wrinkles.  
 
– Drink enough water to keep you hydrated, at least 8 glasses every day 
– Eat low fat dairy products to increase the amount of Vitamin A, which is important for a healthy moist skin.  
– Eat products with Vitamin C and E like berries and avocado. Berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and cranberries) because of the antioxidants which helps to reduce wrinkles caused by harmful sources such as sun rays. Berries also help to make collagen.  Avocado's because they contain a healthy fat we need to help our skin plump and less dry. 
– Eat Salmon and other fat fish like tuna or sardines to benefit from the Omega-3 they contain. It helps strengthen the skin to get more elastic and less dry and that will help to reduce wrinkles. 
– Eat products with vitamin B, like cereals, for new cells to grow and to prevent the skin to burst and get rough.  
– Drink green tea for it is loaded with antioxidants, contains vitamin C, D and K, calcium and iron. Green tea is also used in a lot of skincare creams
 

5. Use natural skincare products! 
 
Many products use ingredients like fragrances, alcohols and parabens which irritates your skin and do not help reducing wrinkles or stop your skin from aging prematurely. There are many creams to reduce wrinkles on the market, the problem is which one to chose.
