Tips to prevent sleep wrinkles

Don't lose sleep over sleep lines, start reducing them now! 



Did you know that the way we sleep can cause wrinkles to your skin? Well, I lately noticed after waking up and looking in the mirror wrinkles in my face but what I did not know is that they are there to stay – permanently – if I don't take action!
 
What I've learned was when sleeping in the same position every night, year after year like I do (I always sleep on my side) causes sleep wrinkles and one day you wake up and these wrinkles won't disappear during the day like they used to. And I'm not talking only about the lines in your face but also in your cleavage!
 
So in order to avoid these sleep lines in our chin and cheeks and still wear a garment with a low neckline I love so much without being all wrinkled in that area, I found out what to do to prevent these sleep wrinkles and very much would like to share these tips with you.

The best way to prevent sleep lines is to sleep on your back. I've tried but unless I tie myself to the bed, I always end up sleeping on my side again. So, what else can we do?
 
First of all, check your pillow. If you have a synthetic pillow, change it for a non-synthetic one, for example a natural down and feather pillow. You can fluff them easily and they are proven to cause less sleep lines.
 
Also, cotton pillow cases tend to cause more problems than satin or silk ones so change your cotton pillow case for a satin one. Make sure you wash it regularly.
