My low self-esteem, very poor health, excruciating back pain

Eat in moderation, use smaller plates. Ask the waiter to bring a take-home box with your meal and immediately put half of it in there for another time. Most importantly, get good, balanced nutrition and eat colorful meals!
-Do you think it will be easy to fall back into your old lifestyle pattern? How do you prevent this from happening? No! I never want to feel or look like that again!
